British born and with more than 25 years of experience in the California real estate market, Mark has built a career spanning multiple markets and property sectors. From the San Francisco Bay Area to Shasta County, he brings extensive regional experience together with a network of relationships that reaches nationally and internationally. That perspective has shaped his approach to real estate, investment and the importance of thoughtful, experienced representation.
After more than two decades in the San Francisco Bay Area, Mark and his family chose to make Redding their home, drawn by the exceptional quality of life, welcoming community and access to the outdoors. Having made that transition himself, Mark brings a personal understanding to clients considering their own move to Shasta County.
Why Shasta County.
For Mark, living in Shasta County is about more than real estate. An avid cyclist and outdoor enthusiast, he enjoys exploring the area's trails and scenic landscapes and being part of the community he now represents. He also supports local events including Kool April Nites and has served as a course marshal for the Tinman triathlon.
That personal connection informs the way he works with clients — helping them understand not simply a property, but the lifestyle and opportunities that come with living here.
